James is an entrepreneur through and through. He's a cultural hybrid having grown up in the south and lived on each coast. He moved to LA nearly a decade ago to dive headfirst into the recruiting scene and hasn't looked back. Professionally, he's driven to build amazing engineering teams, while also helping those around him reach new heights. While not recruiting, James is likely watching something corny on the Discovery channel, or hanging out with his wife and little girl.
Heather Alcaraz

Heather, a SoCal native, was driven to the fast paced competitive realm of recruiting early on. She finds the greatest reward in her career is furthering individuals careers and seeing successful growth from the teams she works with.
When Heather's not chasing down top level software engineers you can find her running after her 3 boys and spending time with friends and family.
Delonda Shellman
VP, OPERATIONS
Delonda has extensive experience overseeing the day to day operations, implementation, process improvements and organizational policies and procedures. She’s a strategic partner, problem solver- finding creative ways to solve problems. She lives by Kim Collins' quote, “Strive for continuous improvement, instead of perfection." Delonda enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, being a mom, chauffeur and all-around personal assistant for her daughter.
